How we price our work.

We do not publish a rate card, because scope, channels and volume differ substantially between clients and a fixed tier would misprice most of them. What we do publish is exactly how the number is arrived at, what is included, and what is billed separately.

The principles

Four rules we apply to every quote.

A fixed fee, agreed in writing first

Every engagement is quoted in a written scope that states deliverables, assumptions, timeline and the fee. You approve it before work begins. There is no hourly creep and no invoice you have not already seen the basis for.

Third-party costs at cost

Advertising media spend, software licences, subscriptions, stock assets and domains are billed at cost and itemised as separate lines. We do not apply an undisclosed markup to your ad spend.

Scope changes are re-quoted

If the requirement changes mid-engagement, we document the change and quote it before doing the work. Nothing outside the approved scope is actioned, and nothing unapproved appears on an invoice.

Month-to-month, not locked in

Retainers run on a rolling monthly basis with a 30-day notice period. We would rather hold a client through results than through the length of a contract.

What drives the number

The variables we price against.

When we prepare a quote, these are the factors that move it. Being clear about them on the consultation call is what lets us return a firm figure within three business days.

  • Number of disciplines — a single capability or a combined programme
  • Volume and cadence — how much is produced or managed each month
  • Complexity of your systems — how many tools have to be integrated
  • Turnaround requirements — standard, priority or same-day
  • Languages and markets — English, French or both
  • Regulatory constraints — sectors requiring additional review
