One team for the work that should not be scattered across five suppliers.
Makers Unity LLC is a United States registered agency delivering automation, demand generation and creative production for growing companies — under one agreement, with one team accountable for the outcome.
Fragmented delivery is the real cost.
Most growing companies end up with a designer, a developer, a media buyer and a virtual assistant who have never spoken to each other. Each is competent. Together they produce work that contradicts itself, arrives late because nobody owns the sequence, and costs more in coordination than it does in fees.
We built Makers Unity the other way round. Automation, demand generation, support operations, web, search, brand, video and paid media sit in one team, work from the same brief, and report to one account lead you can call. You approve one scope and receive one invoice.
That structure is not a marketing position. It is the reason the work stays consistent and the reason we can be held to a delivery date.

The commitments we make to every client.
These are not aspirations. They are the terms we operate under and the ones you should hold us to.
Nothing starts without a written scope
Deliverables, assumptions, timeline and fee are documented and approved before work begins. If scope changes, it is re-quoted in writing before it is actioned.
One business day response
Every message on an active engagement receives a written reply within one business day, even when the answer is that we need longer to answer properly.
You own the output
On payment, deliverables, source files, accounts and automations built for you are yours. We hand them over on request, at any point, without friction.
Costs are itemised honestly
Media spend and third-party licences are billed at cost and shown as separate lines. We do not mark up ad spend without disclosing it.
We report what did not work
Monthly reporting covers the channels that underperformed as plainly as those that succeeded, with a recommendation attached.
Confidentiality by default
Access is taken at the minimum level needed and revoked at the end of the engagement. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
How an engagement is staffed.
Every client is assigned a named account lead who owns the relationship, the scope and the reporting. They are the person you call, and they do not change mid-engagement without notice.
Behind the lead, specialists are allocated by discipline according to what the scope requires that month. A brand project draws on design; a pipeline programme draws on demand generation and automation. You are not paying for a fixed team you do not need.
Where a specialist subcontractor is engaged for a defined element of the work, that is disclosed to you in advance and the same confidentiality terms apply.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Thirty minutes, an honest assessment of what we would and would not take on, and a written scope if it makes sense for both sides.
